Jadra is the counterpoint to Planjka. Official tourism material describes a mix of fine pebbles and rocky shoreline. In some places the entry is gradual; elsewhere the rock falls directly into deeper sea.
The 2024 Visit Novalja beach brochure describes Jadra as divided into three themed parts: the main family area, a dog beach and a naturist beach, supported by facilities such as handrails, ramps, changing areas and showers.
